The Accommodation
Together with a small team of builders and my lovely wife I have spent most of the last year and a half restoring the cantinas and stables of the house. It has been no small feat to turn them into 4 beautifully proportioned twin or double rooms forming part of 2 large airy apartments. We are justifiably very proud of them. In fact they are one of the things that will make this ‘art holiday’ different from the others.
Each
large room will be simply furnished mixing clean modern furniture with ‘finds’
from local antique markets. The traditional iron beds are comfortable and the
crisp white linens are so inviting, it is tempting to sit and read or just
contemplate the day.
Each
room has its own private entrance and en-suite shower room. They all lead out
onto lovely terraces (with tables and chairs) with stunning views across the
hills and valleys of Tuscany and Umbria.
